Purposes of Processing and Lawfulness

We may collect personal data through this website for the purpose of responding to inquiries or fulfilling your requests submitted via email.

Video Surveillance

Purpose of processing: Video surveillance is conducted to protect people and property.
Retention period: Video recordings are stored for up to 7 days, and in case of an incident, for a maximum of six months or longer if they serve as evidence in court, administrative, arbitration, or other proceedings.
Recipients: Video recordings may be provided to competent authorities (police, court) upon request when necessary for official proceedings, and cannot be shared with third parties.
Collected data are not processed for any other purpose.

Resume Database

When you apply for one of our job openings and are not selected, or submit an open job application, your submitted data will be stored for a defined period in case a need arises for hiring employees with your qualifications in the future.
Retention period: Submitted resumes are stored for up to one year.
Objection: At any time, you can restrict or fully prohibit processing without any negative consequences.
Collected data are not processed for any other purpose.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with providers of IT and communication solutions and services who act as our data processors.

These processors provide reasonable guarantees and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection and compliance with GDPR. We have concluded agreements on personal data processing with such processors, specifying the handling of personal data in detail, meaning they cannot process your personal data without our instruction or forward them to third parties.
