The Management has established, implements, and maintains an environmental management system with the aim of preventing negative effects of production on environmental aspects and proactively preventing environmentally related incident situations.
The organization is fully committed to meeting compliance obligations with legal regulations and other requirements of interested stakeholders related to environmental protection and response in incident situations.
Awareness of the importance of positive action regarding environmental aspects, as well as the setting of environmental protection goals and programs, is incorporated into every element of the product throughout its life cycle and recycling process, as well as into all other organizational activities.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy
The Management has established, implements, and maintains an occupational health and safety management system as an integral part of the overall system. In accordance with the organization’s context, the Management has undertaken the obligation to provide safe working conditions in order to prevent injuries, occupational illnesses, and consequences of potential incident situations.
The Management places strong emphasis on the participation and involvement of employees and their representatives in all decision-making processes within the occupational health and safety management system. The organization will allocate resources to ensure this involvement.
HEMCO d.o.o. will continuously improve the occupational health and safety system by setting OHS objectives, involving all employees, promoting their proactive behavior, providing mandatory and additional training programs, procuring high-quality standardized protective equipment, investing in modern and safer technologies, and continuously informing employees about workplace hazards, possible incident situations, and the consequences of neglecting safety measures.
